10:00 - 10:30 -  General Introduction and self-introduction of participants (including their interests in mseed and expectations for workshop)

Lead: Reinoud

10:30 - 12:00 -  What is broken? The issues that need to be fixed in mseed. What else should / could be fixed? What is the long term vision? The view from the various stakeholders (datacenters, seismic networks, manufacturers, end users)

Short ~10min presentations (IRIS, ORFEUS/EIDA, others), round table discussion

12:00 - 13:00 - Lunch

13:00 - 14:00  - A review of the discussion so far: 

• A light, compatible solution - extend mseed to support more network codes (include impact of this solution) - Short presentation (ORFEUS/EIDA)

• A moderate, medium term solution - more networks codes and other fixes within framework of mseed (include impact of this solution) - Short presentation (IRIS)

14:00 - 15:00  - Ideas for the design of an alternative long term solution, 

Presentations from IRIS, ORFEUS/EIDA, others?

15:00 - 15:30 - Break

15:30 - 17:30  - Round table discussion, including impact of these solutions. Develop consensus on emerging preferred strategy

Thursday 23

09:00 - 10:30 -  Discussions on possibilities to move forward. Careful evaluation of impact on all stakeholders, including software developers

10:30 - 11:00 - Break

11:00 - 12:00  - The structure of the White Paper. Organise Team to develop White Paper

12:00 - 13:00 - Lunch

13:00 - 17:00  - Brainstorming and building plan
